We are in search of a Front Desk / Assistant to join our A team.
You will make a significant impact on the customers you serve and the team you support on a daily basis.
You will use a high level of skill in multitasking and you should have a keen ability to prioritize a variety of tasks at one time.
In addition to organizational skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with customers and company representatives.
Responsibilities Service incoming phone calls and/or transfer to appropriate department.
Provides administrative and clerical support to enhance the firm's performance.
Assists in securing documents and information from customers/prospects.
Contacts customers/prospects via telephone, email, or fax to secure necessary documents/information and verification of addresses, update drivers list's, and secure renewal documentation, as needed.
Aids in preparing annual review appointments for the account executives in his/her specialist field.
Process and resolve requests, update and compile rate and policy changes.
Utilize the agency management system on a continual basis to update and maintain customer files on all personal lines accounts.
Coordinates celebrations, communications with clients, carriers, producers, and AAdvantage personnel (team birthdays, team building, and community events).
Manage Social Media calendar and content for postings.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of related customer service work is required.
Insurance agency experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent computer, organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
