We are seeking a driven, experienced General Manager to manage trampoline park operations.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Provide a world-class customer experience to our patrons by promoting a safe, exciting, clean, and fun park experience.
Recruit, train, and retain staff that can deliver interactive excellence for our guests.
Work with vendors to maintain materials for concessions, repair and maintenance, and apparel, as well as on-site vendors that help maintain the park.
Review and provide feedback on financial reporting.
Assist with memberships and local marketing efforts to keep our customers informed.

Responsibilities:
Park Maintenance Ensure all attractions are safe for use by performing all required maintenance plus daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
Ensure all other areas of the park are safe for customers and staff by keeping areas clean and free from obstructions or dangerous materials.
Ensure the park is secure for customers and staff at all times.
Meet with vendors for safety inspections as needed.
Meet with state and local regulators when needed for park inspections.
Provide World-Class Customer Service Engage with guests frequently to provide the best possible experience.
Resolve guest conflicts with grace and dignity by listening closely and demonstrating excellence.
Meet with members of the community to promote the park.
Coordinate scheduling of parties and group events.
Review guest feedback from all sources.
Use this feedback to provide continuous improvement to parties and group events.
Respond directly to guests to gather additional information as needed.
Share feedback with the team to motivate and improve performance.
Reach out to prospective customers for parties and group events.
Present ideas that will enhance the customer experience.
Staff Management Recruit new team members as needed to maintain staffing levels.
Coordinated training of team members to ensure they are in compliance with all rules and regulations.
Be a hands-on leader and role model for all employees by filling roles as the need arises.
Complete work schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage while maintaining wage cost discipline.
Coach team members to develop their skills and provide opportunities for potential leaders to excel.
Deliver write ups and counseling as needed to team members to encourage superior behavior.
Supply Management Manage food and beverage stock to ensure ample supply for parties and concessions.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure repair and maintenance supplies are ready when needed.
Coordinate with the vendor to ensure safety supplies are on hand at all times.
Ensure orders are placed for apparel supplies to keep all sizes stocked.
Financial Reporting Review end of day reports to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and expenses.
Audit cash discrepancies to train or discipline staff on proper cash handling.
Review weekly P&L with the DOO.
Providing feedback on positives and negatives.
Communicate expenditures with DOO for proper reporting.
Be a good steward of the business by reviewing the budget and staying in compliance.
Memberships, Marketing and Other Tasks Be an active participant in growing memberships by meeting with guests and ensuring staff members are actively selling memberships.
Develop and post social media advertising for specials.
Ensure team members are aware and participating in all marketing events.
Assist with other marketing efforts such as special events on-site.
Work directly with Altitude's Franchise Operations Manager as well as other Altitude representatives.
Ensure that the park remains compliant with all franchise requirements.
Skills:
3
years of experience managing a team in an family entertainment environment.
Sales experience a plus.
Strong leadership qualities including organization and time management.
Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent through thoughtful leadership and genuine concern for team member growth.
Proficient in inventory control and cost management.
Prior experience leveraging P&L reports to set and manage business revenue goals.
Is able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Is available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions.
Maintain a professional image.
