Summary:
The Production Assistant will assist our production team with tasks associated with processing a quality transcript post-deposition.
This is a full-time position which reports to the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have the following Computer literacy Ability to learn various software platforms Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Job Duties Updates the Company database Confirms accuracy of information contained within transcripts Prepares and ships documents to law firms and independent contractors throughout the U.

Manage general emails Miscellaneous duties as needed by the production team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
